Pastor Evelyn Deterville is a dynamic force for empowerment, restoration, and community transformation in Century and Pensacola, Florida. As the founder of Extra Mile Club Str8 Up, she has spent over 20 years building programs that restore dignity, cultivate leadership, and create real pathways to opportunity for youth, women, and rural communities.

Her work includes innovative youth empowerment programs, after-school leadership development, transitional housing initiatives, entrepreneurship coaching, and community-based crime prevention. She specializes in designing low-barrier, hope-centered entry points for individuals who need support, structure, and a renewed mindset.

In 2025, Pastor Evelyn was publicly recognized by her Grant Coach for securing three grants in less than 90 days, a testament to her faith, tenacity, and proven ability to bring resources into underserved communities.

Known as a “modern-day Black Moses,” she leads with bold faith, vision, and practicality—connecting people to purpose, opportunity, and hope.
